  • What is On-Demand Concierge?

    Otium On-demand is a pay-as-you-go Lifestyle Concierge service. With Otium On-Demand you have access to a Lifestyle Manager, as and when you need it, without paying high membership fees.

    You will pay a small annual retainer and then you can log into your On-Demand portal and use us, whenever you need us.

  • How does Otium On-Demand work?

    Once you’ve signed up to Otium On-Demand using the ‘Sign Up’ page, you can then raise requests via our online portal. You place a request with us (as long as it’s legal, of course) and one of our Lifestyle Managers will complete your task. Or if they require further information, they will reach out to you.

    If we are ordering anything, we will confirm with you first.

  • How do I access Otium On-Demand?

    You can access Otium On-Demand via our Online Portal. If you are on-the-go, you can email on-demand@otium-concierge.com or call us on 03333 406312.

  • How can I raise a request?

    You can raise a request through the following methods; Online Portal, Phone and Email.

  • How long does it take for a request to be actioned?

    It depends on the request itself. For example, planning an event will take much longer than ordering tickets, or booking a restaurant. However, you will always have a response from our lifestyle team within 3 working hours.

  • Do I get charged for research or quotes only?

    Yes, you will be charged for quotations and resarch, even if you do not go ahead with a purchase. Please review our price list for further information, this is found on your online portal.

  • How many people can access my Otium On-Demand membership?

    This depends whether you are on On-Demand for You, or On-Demand for Business.

    On-Demand for Business is up to 10 team members and On-Demand for You, is strictly per person.

  • What happens if I cancel a request?

    If you cancel a request you will still be charged for the request you’ve raised.

  • Is there an On-Demand option for businesses?

    Yes, there is an option for On-Demand for businesses and this is a very popular service. A lot of businesses use this service for an additional pair of hands or to have access to a concierge service for things their clients might need.

  • Is there an On-Demand option for families?

    Not yet, but we hope to launch On-Demand for families very soon… watch this space!

  • How do I pay for Otium On-Demand?

    Otium On-Demand is paid for by an annual card subscription. This is the only option to sign-up to our services.

  • How will Otium On-Demand pay for items on my behalf?

    Depending on the transaction and the value, we will either pay via your card or request a bank transfer to us in advance of securing the goods.

  • What is verification?

    Verifcation is part of our process, so we know you are, who you say you are.

    It is important that we protect you and ourselves, so this is a very vital part of the sign up process.

  • Why do I need to be verified?

    You need to be verified so we know you are, who you say you are. This means we are not fraudulently spending someone elses money and that we protect everyone involved.

  • How do I cancel Otium On-Demand?

    You can cancel your On-Demand subscription by telling us in writing. You can do this by emailing on-demand@otium-concierge.com. We need 3 months noticed before your renewal date.

  • What happens if I'm not happy?

    If you are not happy with any element of the service and wish to raise a complaint, please email on-demand@otium-concierge.com to let us know and a senior member of our team will be in touch to find out whats caused you to feel this way.

  • Can I gift Otium On-Demand membership to someone?

    Absolutely, to do this please click this link and we will organise your On-Demand gift.

  • Can I use Otium On-Demand abroad?

    Yes, you can use Otium-Ondemand anywhere.

  • What countries do you operate in?

    Everywhere.

  • Is there a limit to how many tasks I can raise?

    No there isn’t a limit to how many tasks you can raise. As long as your payment is successful, we are here to serve.

  • What can I not request on Otium On-Demand?

    We will assist you with anything, as long as it’s legal by UK Law. We registered in the United Kingdom, so any request we complete must comply with UK law.

  • How does price on application work?

    Where we have listed POA, this means priced on application. This is because we generally need much more detail from you before we can confirm the cost of your request. Don’t worry we can get the cost of your reqesut to you, as soon as we have all of the details.

  • Can I request business tasks on a personal plan?

    Yes you can, as long as you are organising them and you are not requesting we work with another team member. If this is the case, then you will need to amend your membership to our On-Demand for Business membership.

  • What do I do if I want to cancel a service or item you've organised for me?

    This depends on the vendors agreement with us. For example tickets are non-refundable, however chauffuers can be cancelled in full 1 week prior to travel. We will confirm this to you.

  • Can you help with more that one task at a time?

    Absolutely, if you have several requests and would rather raise them over the phone or by email, please contact us on 03333 406312 or on-demand@otium-concierge.com. The cost will still be the same as listed per request in our price list.

  • How do I know when a request has been completed?

    You will see your request is completed on your portal and/or you will receive an email of confirmation from us.

  • Do I get charged for the request, if it's to order from your gift guide?

    Yes, you will still be charged for the request, as we will still be undertaking the transaction on your behalf.
